You never truly know what lies behind a smile, a face, a person. Beneath the surface, there is so much: the patterns of the family system you grew up in, the imprints carried in your DNA, the weight and wonder of a lifelong journey through all its highs and lows. All of it merged into one.

Just like in nature. Where you see the trees and the flowers with their pops of color, while underneath, invisible systems and root networks do the quiet work of sustaining it all. We too are shaped by what cannot be seen. It is one. It all connects. Our inner patterns, our ancestors, the ground beneath our feet.
